Navy Seal veterans discuss the traits of a good leader
What makes a strong leader?

I viewed an extremely powerful video from Facebook, check it out here.

The video shows two Navy Seal veterans talking about the qualities that make one a good leader. You might think the difference between a good and a poor leader is mental toughness or lack of physical ability. Nope––not even close. In the video, they talked about a lack of humility, the inability to own up to mistakes, and not open to accepting criticism as traits of a poor leader. The video is just short of two and a half minutes, but it is powerful. When you see two hard-as-nails Navy Seals talking about these issues, it really brings home the Grounded In traits of calm focus, thoughtful response, and regard for others that allow a person to exhibit leadership and make good decisions. Can you admit a fault? Can you accept constructive criticism from someone who cares about you? Can you set your dominating ego aside and focus on what will serve others before yourself?
