I read a story on Fox News Celebrity about Justin Bieber quitting a concert in Oslo, Norway after singing only one song. The story details that Bieber chose to end the show because “the people in the front row would not listen.” The issue was not related to the music, but rather that Bieber was attempting to get some liquid cleaned up on the stage. He took off his cap and headset mic and walked off the stage saying, “Guys, I’m done. I’m not gonna do the show.” Now, I don’t know much about the details and as someone who has been on stage, there is a potential danger with having liquid on the stage floor, especially if you are moving around, jumping, and such. But with thousands of fans in the seats and the TV cameras rolling, I have to believe that a grounded person would have been able to remain calm and get stage personnel to come and get the liquid cleaned up. He could have had the venue management address the fans in the front rows that were “not listening.” Maybe he had other reasons for not wanting to sing that night. But, when you accept a booking and then act in a seemingly unreasonable manner, it leaves the impression that you are not emotionally stable or reliable. It looks as if the Beib needs to get more grounded!
